My Classic King Room was beautiful. It had a spacious layout and soft, inviting beds, a true haven. I especially loved the fine views. Breakfast included great choices. The hotel gym offered modern equipment and adequate space for my daily exercise. The hotel connected to a mall which added to my convenience.

I noticed the housekeeping sometimes missed small details during daily cleaning.

the house keeping was good. mr subas attended to my needs . he was keen and attentive. he was aware i was unwell and went extra mile to ensure my stay was comfy. the team upgraded my room, i am grateful.

i find the pool and spa staff a little unprofessional and rude. i also noticed there wasnt any coffee in room.

The hotel location was very convenient due to the mall beneath it. housekeeping team was fast with requests, which i appreciated. diab provided really good service during check-in. He was very professional.

the hallway was CONSTANTLY loud, with door slamming, and despite complaints to staff, no action happened.
